Wine Bar George is one of the most consistently good restaurants at Disney Springs, and it's run by George Miliotes, one of only a few hundred Master Sommeliers in the world. That pedigree shows in the wine list: over 200 options, all available by the ounce, glass, or bottle, with affordable pours on tap alongside serious bottles.

The food holds its own. The Big Board is the move for groups: six artisanal cheeses, five meats, and a spread of accompaniments that works as a full meal if you're not starving. The skirt steak with roasted vegetables is a reliable dinner order, and the grilled Greek seabass gets filleted tableside. Weekend brunch brings brioche French toast and a fried chicken biscuit with pimento cheese.

It's at The Landing, right on the water, and the setting is relaxed enough for a casual evening but polished enough for a proper night out.
