The Polite Pig is a quick-service BBQ spot at Disney Springs Town Center, and it's one of the better casual meals in the area. No reservations, no fuss: order at the counter, grab a craft beer or cocktail from the bar, and find a seat.
The smoked meats are the draw. The pulled pork sandwich is the go-to, but the brisket and the smoked chicken are both worth ordering. Sides are taken seriously here: the coffee-rubbed burnt ends, the mac and cheese, and the smoked corn are all good. The cocktail program is a step above what you'd expect from a counter-service restaurant.
It's a good option for families who want something quick and satisfying without the wait and cost of a table-service restaurant. The outdoor seating area is pleasant in the evening.
