A proper steakhouse with a lively bar scene, at Disney Springs

STK is the upscale steakhouse at The Landing in Disney Springs. It's part of a national group, but the Orlando location holds up: USDA prime cuts, a DJ in the evenings, and a cocktail program that keeps the bar busy well past dinner service.

The menu is built around dry-aged and prime steaks, with a selection of cuts from filet to bone-in ribeye. The truffle fries are a reliable side, and the lil' BRGs (mini burgers) make a good starter for the table. The wine list is long and the cocktails are well-made.

It's louder and more energetic than a traditional steakhouse, which suits some groups and not others. If you want a quiet dinner, book early. If you want a night out with good food and a buzzy atmosphere, it's one of the better options in the area.
