Iron Chef Morimoto's pan-Asian restaurant at Disney Springs

Morimoto Asia is the largest restaurant at Disney Springs and one of the most visually striking. Chef Masaharu Morimoto, known from Iron Chef, built a menu that moves across Asia: Peking duck, dim sum, sushi, ramen, and a whole roasted suckling pig that needs to be ordered 24 hours in advance.

The Peking duck is the signature dish and worth ordering. It comes carved tableside and served with the traditional accompaniments. The dim sum selection is broad and well-executed, and the sushi bar is a good option if you want something lighter. The cocktail program is strong, with Asian-inspired drinks that pair well with the food.

The dining room is two stories with a dramatic open kitchen and a bar that stays busy late. It's a good choice for a group that can't agree on one cuisine, since the menu covers a lot of ground.
