If the Wi-Fi isn’t working, try the following steps:

🔌 Restart the Router:

Unplug the router from the power outlet, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.

📱 Forget & Reconnect:

On your device, go to Wi-Fi settings, “forget” the network, then reconnect using the password above.

🔁 Wait a Few Minutes:

It may take 2–3 minutes for the network to come back online after a reset.

If the issue continues, please contact us and we’ll assist you right away.

🚭 No Smoking

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, including all rooms and enclosed areas.

🚫 No Vaping

Vaping is not allowed inside the property.

🎉 No Parties or Events

This home is for registered guests only. No large gatherings, parties, or events are allowed.

🐾 No Pets

We love animals, but this home is pet-free to maintain cleanliness and comfort for all guests.

Trash collection at Terra Verde Resort takes place daily, which helps keep the community clean and pleasant. 

Please follow these guidelines: 

- All trash must be placed in bags. Loose trash will not be collected and could lead to fines. 

- Dispose of your bagged trash in the bin located at the front entrance of the house, which looks like a bench.

To avoid system damage, please do not set the thermostat below 72°F.

⚠️ Setting it too low may cause the system to clog and stop working.

🚪🪟 Also, keep all doors and windows closed at all times while the A/C is running to maintain efficiency and prevent condensation or system failure.
